Tristan recently discovered monkeybars, after starting Kindergarten at a school that has them on the playground. And he also discovered that he's pretty damn good at them, too. It honestly surprised us a little; he's not all that ambitious and determined when it comes to trying to do things he doesn't know how to do. And he's also a bit small for his age. But that little guy kicks ass on the monkeybars! He's one of the best in his class, too. And he makes the best faces when he's on them, very focused/concentrated/driven/sometimes strained/DETERMINED faces. He might bite a lip, he might stick out a tongue. Complete awesomeness. So I took a boatload of pictures one fine sunny day in late September, and here are the best of the lot. They pretty much speak for themselves.
